NEW SERVICES: Caroline is a newly ordained MInister through the Metaphysical Church and can perform a personalized wedding service.
As the funeral celebrant each service is personalized after time is spent with the family learning their story and researching the family history and person who the service is for. Excerpts, poems and music is selected and written with their unique story in mind. I have a good working relationship with many local Funeral Homes including Jardine Funeral Home , Mackey Funeral Home, Lakeland Funeral Home,
Stoddart Funeral Home Hendren Funeral Home. Along with
others in Newmarket, Oshawa and the Durham region.
As an end of life doula I have over 30 years of experience. I offer holistic, non-judgemental, non-medical support for those who are dying as well as their loved ones. I provide support for people going through the MAID program ( Medically Assistance in Dying). I am always learning. No death is the same. If I do not know the answer I have access to the resources I need to find the answers you seek.

Personalized Celebration of Life/ Celebration of Living / Wedding
service
1-2 hour initial family consultation can be in person over zoom or phone depending on needs of loved ones. Consultation will be used to collect stories and information from loved ones while supporting them through the process. Availability 24-7 by text or phone until time of service. Separate telephone contact can be made with up to 5 other people. Approximately 5-8 hours of writing researching to create a personalized service. Speaking and orchestrating service, organizing and supporting loved ones who wish to speak during Celebration of life or Graveside service, helping arranging flow of service and placement of music if needed. Approximate 20 minutes of speaking does not include other speakers or music. Price starting at $300. Note: Services included with any local funeral home preparation honorarium is usually included in your package.
Basic Graveside service
1- 1 and a half hour family consultation can be made in person, over zoom or by phone depending on needs of family. Speaking and orchestrating service, organizing and supporting loved ones who wish to speak during service, arranging flow of service and placement of music (if needed). Approximately 3 hours of writing, researching to create a service for the graveside. 10 minute service (dependant on weather time does not include music or other speakers) starting at $200. Note: Services included with any local funeral home preparation honorarium is usually included in your package will be discussed.
End of Life Care Wish Package
1-1 and a half hour consultation with individual with Samla's wish book of care plans for end of life information is documented in book and copy is left with individual. Further converstions can be had with family to discuss wishes and share book. Packages for initial 1 and 1 ½ hour session begin at $45.00 per person (couples and group packages available. )
Basic End of Life care and support package
5 hours of care may include support for loved ones before end of life, vigil sitting, after end of life Resources Availability for messaging and questions.
